Mutational Signatures is a resource curated in partnership with COSMIC and Cancer Grand Challenges, and in close association with collaborators at Wellcome Sanger Institute, the Alexandrov lab at University of California and the Pillay lab at University College London.

This instance of SigProfiler Assignment web tool is hosted by COSMIC as part of ‘Mutational Signatures’ and as such falls under the terms and conditions that are in place for users of the COSMIC website. The software is respectively linked to as part of the COSMIC website and the source code hosted on Github.

Access to the SigProfiler tool via this website is only available with a valid COSMIC user account and requires agreement to abide by the latest T&Cs. Please see our information page on licensing to find out more and to register for an account.
