Help - Fusion Mutations Page

This page provides details of all the samples ( with/without mutations) for the fusion gene pair. This table also provides the ability to search, sort and export the table in csv and tsv format.

  1. Sample Name – The name of the sample that the mutation was observed in, linking to the sample overview page to give more details about the sample.
  2. Mutation Syntax – Syntax format describing the portions of mRNA present (in HGVS "r." format) from each gene (allows representation of UTR sequences).
  3. Evidence – Either an observed mRNA or Inferred Breakpoint.
  4. Primary Tissue – The primary tissue from which the sample originated.
  5. Tissue Subtype 1 – Further sub classifications of the samples tissue of origin.
  6. Tissue Subtype 2 – Further sub classifications of the samples tissue of origin.
  7. Histology – The histological classification of the sample.
  8. Histology Subtype 1 – Further histological classifications of the sample.
  9. Histology Subtype 2 – Further histological classifications of the sample.
  10. Pubmed Id - The Pubmed Id for the paper that the sample was noted in, linking to the cosmic reference overview page to provide more details of the publication.
