- This gene set is comprised of proteins that function to regulate the activity of the Nuclear Factor of Kappa light chain gene enhancer in B cells (NFKB) complex. This complex is a ubiquitous transcription factor that governs the expression of genes encoding cytokines, chemokines, growth factors, cell adhesion molecules, and other genes.
