- Renal: Human homologues of Mouse Retrovirus Tagged Cancer Genes.
- Study ID
- High throughput screens using retroviral and transposon insertion into mouse models have identified genes disrupted or activated in the tumours which result (http://rtcgd.abcc.ncifcrf.gov/). This set of genes is comprised of the human homologues of a selection of the mouse genes which were uncovered in these screens.
Sequencing of any given sample through the gene sets should be considered work in progress. Lack of reported mutations in any given gene for a particular sample does not necessarily imply the sample is wildtype for the gene.
