- Renal: Nuclear receptors and cofactors
- Study ID
- The nuclear receptor superfamily comprises a related but diverse array of transcription factors. These molecules interact with a wide range of coregulatory proteins to form a complex network of multicomponent assemblies serving as coactivators or corepressors of transcription, and are themselves subject to biochemical, functional and tissue-specific regulation by multiple other signaling pathways.
Sequencing of any given sample through the gene sets should be considered work in progress. Lack of reported mutations in any given gene for a particular sample does not necessarily imply the sample is wildtype for the gene.
