- Renal: Genes on APC/CTNNB1 pathway
- Study ID
- APC and B-catenin are involved in the regulation of cell adhesion and migration. Somatic mutations in these genes are associated with many types of cancer including colorectal, ovarian, prostate, hepatocellular and CNS. This gene set includes members of the Wnt signalling pathway and other genes associated with APC and B-catenin.
Sequencing of any given sample through the gene sets should be considered work in progress. Lack of reported mutations in any given gene for a particular sample does not necessarily imply the sample is wildtype for the gene.
